At Jason’s Jewelry Design Gallery, each piece is created with care, precision, and attention to detail. Because many of our items are custom-made or made to order, we maintain a strict policy regarding returns and exchanges.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the personalized and custom nature of our jewelry, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces

All custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are created specifically for you. For this reason, these pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

We encourage you to review all design details, sizing, and specifications carefully before confirming your order.

Order Accuracy

Please ensure that all information submitted at checkout, including ring size, metal selection, and design preferences, is accurate. Once production begins, changes may not be possible.

If you have any questions before placing your order, we are happy to assist you to ensure everything is correct.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it promptly.

Repairs & Adjustments

While we do not offer returns or exchanges, we do provide services such as resizing, repairs, and adjustments where possible. Additional fees may apply depending on the request.
