Our Packaging

Each order is thoughtfully packaged to reflect the quality and care that go into every piece we create. Your jewelry arrives in a premium jewelry box, along with a protective pouch and polishing cloth.

If you would like to include a personalized note, you may leave a message at checkout and we’ll include it with your order.

Domestic Shipping

All orders are securely shipped with tracking and full insurance for your peace of mind.

We offer reliable delivery options to ensure your piece arrives safely and on time. Signature confirmation may be required upon delivery to protect your order.

Processing Time

Many of our pieces are made to order. Please allow approximately 1-2 business days for ready-to-ship items and additional time for custom or made-to-order pieces.

If you are working with a specific deadline, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping Guidelines

All shipments are carefully packaged and fully insured. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information to monitor its delivery.

To ensure security, orders may require a signature upon delivery. We recommend being available at the time of delivery or, if needed, requesting a secure hold location.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or delivery issues outside of our control.

If a package is returned due to an unsuccessful delivery attempt, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
